To Exonerate (apply for a reduction of dues) via computer, complete the Feedback Form stating your name; the name of the Company that you work for and the Division; the month that you are applying for Exoneration for; and state the reason you are applying for Exoneration. The acceptable reasons are: On Strike: Laid Off: Casual Employee: Maternity/Paternity Leave: Industrial (at work) Injury: Sick or Injured (away from work): Leave of Absence.
Exoneration entitles you to:
a) reduced dues rate of 1.5 times the operational base rate if you work four (4) days or less in a month, or,
b) no dues required if you do not work at all in the calender month. You must apply for Exoneration at the end of the calender month.
Your on-line application will not be valid unless you receive confirmation from Ms. Hart.
